Motorcoach and Transit Bus Drivers

Birnie Bus Service/Tours, Inc. has immediate openings for experienced Motorcoach and Transit Bus Drivers based out of its Meade Rd., Syracuse, NY location.

Motorcoach Drivers are needed for both short distance trips within New York State and long distance trips within the United States and Canada.

Transit Drivers needed 7 days per week – 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications Needed:

• Must possess a Class A or B license with P&S endorsements.
• Must have 2 years or more over the road driving experience.
• Clean driving abstract.
• Must possess good sense of direction, ability to read maps and routing and respond to changes in those routes at any moment.
• Load and unload luggage compartment.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness on coach.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Available for internal training days and evenings for 2 weeks.
• Work is scheduled 7 days per week including holidays.
• Must be available on call for last minute assignments.
• Must be able to pass background and criminal check, as well as pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings.
